Nine capsule products across bulking, cutting and strength phases, each declaring per-serving quantities for every active ingredient rather than grouping them into a proprietary blend. Includes D-Bal, Testo-Max, DecaDuro, Anadrole, HGH-X2, Anvarol, Clenbutrol, Winsol and Trenorol, with published stack pairings and a stated returns window.
CrazyBulk has published per-serving amounts for every active ingredient across its nine-product bodybuilding supplement range. In a category where combined-weight proprietary blends are the norm, declaring individual quantities lets buyers compare what they are taking against doses used in published research. This release sets out the full range by training phase, the declared amounts, what the research on those ingredients used, stack structure, pricing, and the safety information that applies to several ingredients.
LONDON, August 10, 2026 — CrazyBulk has published complete per-serving ingredient quantities across nine muscle building supplements spanning bulking, cutting and strength training phases.
The disclosure matters because of what it replaces. Most multi-ingredient bodybuilding supplements declare a proprietary blend at a single combined weight. That practice is legal under 21 CFR 101.36 and tells a buyer almost nothing. A panel reading “anabolic matrix, 500 mg” across eight ingredients could hold 490 mg of one and traces of the rest, and nobody outside the manufacturer can tell which.
CrazyBulk’s panels list quantities per ingredient instead. D-Bal declares 800 mg of MSM, 300 mg of L-isoleucine, 200 mg of suma root and 200 mg of ashwagandha. Testo-Max declares 2,352 mg of D-aspartic acid and 8 mg of boron. Anadrole declares 600 mg of tribulus terrestris. Winsol declares 555 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine, DecaDuro 75 mg and Anadrole 50 mg. A buyer can take those figures to the published literature and check them, which is what a supplement facts panel is for and what most of this category avoids.
Full supplement facts panels for all nine products and current pricing appear on the official CrazyBulk website — crazybulk.com
Format and Daily Use
Every product in the range is a capsule. Bottles contain 90 capsules, providing 30 servings at the labelled three-capsule serving, with Testo-Max at four capsules daily and HGH-X2 at two. Timing differs by product and is printed on each label. Testo-Max and HGH-X2 are taken in the morning before the first meal. Trenorol, Clenbutrol, Winsol and DecaDuro are taken approximately 45 minutes before training. D-Bal and Anvarol are taken approximately 45 minutes after training.
The company’s published usage guidance suggests running products for a two-month period followed by a break of roughly ten days. Products are grouped by training phase, which is how the range is set out below.
The Bulking Range
Bulking phase products are positioned for periods of training in a calorie surplus, where the training goal is added mass and strength.
D-Bal. Taken after training. Declared actives include methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) at 800 mg, L-isoleucine at 300 mg, suma root concentrated extract at 200 mg and ashwagandha at 200 mg, alongside vitamin D3, magnesium, tribulus terrestris, hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate. Three capsules daily.
Testo-Max. Taken in the morning before breakfast. Declared actives include D-aspartic acid at 2,352 mg, the largest single-ingredient dose in the range, and boron at 8 mg, alongside vitamin D3, vitamin K1, vitamin B6, magnesium, zinc, nettle leaf extract, Korean red ginseng extract, fenugreek extract and Bioperine black pepper extract. Four capsules daily.
DecaDuro. Taken before training. Contains acetyl-L-carnitine at 75 mg alongside wild yam root, Panax ginseng, L-arginine, L-citrulline and tribulus terrestris. Three capsules daily, with the label directing a single capsule taken with a meal on non-training days.
Anadrole. Taken in the morning. Declares tribulus terrestris at 600 mg and acetyl-L-carnitine at 50 mg, alongside shilajit concentrate, whey protein concentrate and soy protein isolate. Contains soy and dairy, both major allergens.
HGH-X2. Taken in the morning before the first meal. An amino acid formula containing L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-glycine, L-lysine, L-tyrosine and L-ornithine, alongside maca root, hawthorn berry, Mucuna pruriens, zinc, chromium and manganese. Two capsules daily.
The Cutting Range
Cutting phase products are positioned for periods of training in a calorie deficit, where the training goal is retaining lean mass while reducing body fat.
Anvarol. Taken after training. Contains soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, branched-chain amino acids, wild yam root and adenosine 5′-triphosphate disodium. Three capsules daily. Contains soy and dairy.
Clenbutrol. Taken before training. Contains vitamin B3 (niacin), Garcinia cambogia, bitter orange extract and guarana extract. Three capsules daily. This is a stimulant product and the safety section below applies to it specifically.
Win-Max. Taken before training. Declares acetyl-L-carnitine at 555 mg, the highest amount of that ingredient in the range, alongside choline bitartrate, wild yam root, DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol) and safflower oil powder. Three capsules daily. Note that DMAE is not permitted as a supplement ingredient in some countries outside the United States, and buyers ordering internationally should check local rules.
The Strength Range
Trenorol. Taken before training. Contains beta-sitosterol, samento inner bark (Uncaria tomentosa, commonly called cat’s claw), nettle leaf extract and pepsin. Three capsules daily. The company positions this product across both bulking and cutting phases rather than to one exclusively.
Stack Pairings
CrazyBulk publishes recommended combinations of three to six products taken on the same daily schedule. The Bulking Stack combines D-Bal, Testo-Max, Trenorol and DecaDuro. The Cutting Stack combines Anvarol, Clenbutrol, Winsol and Testo-Max. The Strength Stack combines D-Bal, Testo-Max, Anvarol and Trenorol. Larger bundles combine six products across both phases.
Two consequences follow that buyers should work through before ordering a stack. First, ingredients overlap between formulas. Nettle leaf extract appears in both Testo-Max and Trenorol. Tribulus terrestris appears in D-Bal, DecaDuro and Anadrole. Wild yam root appears in DecaDuro, Anvarol and Winsol. Acetyl-L-carnitine appears in Winsol, DecaDuro and Anadrole. Anyone running a stack receives the combined total, not the amount printed on any single label. The published panels make it possible to add these up, and doing so is worth the ten minutes.
Second, any stack including Clenbutrol means taking a stimulant combination daily alongside everything else. The cardiovascular cautions below apply to the whole stack, not to that one bottle in isolation.
Pricing and Purchasing
Products are sold direct to consumers through the company’s official website. Single bottles are listed at approximately $64.99, with multi-bottle purchasing available at roughly $129.99 for three bottles under a buy-two-get-one structure. Stack bundles are priced below the sum of their components.
Pricing, bundle composition and promotional terms are set by the company and change periodically. Buyers should confirm current figures at checkout rather than relying on any third-party description, including this one, and should check whether an order enrols them in recurring billing before completing payment.
The company publishes a returns policy on its website. Buyers should read the applicable window, condition requirements for returned product and who pays return shipping before ordering, and should keep written confirmation. Third-party marketplace listings are not covered by the manufacturer’s returns policy or warranty.
Current pricing, stack options and the published returns policy are listed on the CrazyBulk official website.
What the Research Used
The studies below were conducted independently of CrazyBulk, on isolated ingredients, at stated doses. No published clinical trial has evaluated any finished formula in this range. These citations establish that individual ingredients have been studied. They do not establish that any product reproduces a result described, and no such claim is made.
Tribulus terrestris (D-Bal, DecaDuro, Anadrole at 600 mg). A systematic review published in Nutrients (2025, 17(7):1275; PMID 40219032) examined ten clinical trials covering 483 men at doses of 400 to 750 mg daily for one to three months. Reviewers rated methodological quality as low in half the studies, found that eight of ten reported no significant change in androgen profile, and concluded there was no robust evidence for testosterone effects. Anadrole’s 600 mg sits within the studied range; the amounts in D-Bal and DecaDuro are not separately declared at that level.
Ashwagandha (D-Bal, 200 mg). Human trials of ashwagandha root extract commonly use 400 to 700 mg daily, with doses to 1,000 mg studied over three months or more. D-Bal supplies 200 mg, below the range used in most published work. Buyers targeting a research-comparable dose of this ingredient would need to source it separately.
D-aspartic acid (Testo-Max, 2,352 mg). This sits within the span examined in published trials, which have used roughly 3 to 6 grams daily. Results across that literature have been inconsistent, including trials in resistance-trained men reporting no benefit, and the evidence does not support a settled conclusion.
Acetyl-L-carnitine (Winsol 555 mg, DecaDuro 75 mg, Anadrole 50 mg). L-carnitine has been examined in reviews of body composition and exercise performance, generally at doses of 1 to 3 grams daily. The amounts declared here fall below that range, with Winsol supplying the most.
MSM (D-Bal, 800 mg). Methylsulfonylmethane has been examined in small studies of exercise-induced muscle soreness and markers of oxidative stress after training. The trials are limited in number and size and findings should be read as preliminary.
A general observation applies across the range. On the declared amounts, most individual ingredients sit below the doses used in the published trials that made them of interest in the first place. That is common in multi-ingredient formulas, where capsule volume constrains how much of anything can be included. It is also precisely the sort of thing per-ingredient disclosure allows a buyer to see, and proprietary blends do not.
A Correction Worth Making
Wild yam root appears in DecaDuro, Anvarol and Winsol, and third-party coverage of this category routinely describes it as a natural precursor to testosterone. That is incorrect and worth stating plainly.
Wild yam contains diosgenin, which can be converted into steroid hormones in a laboratory through a chemical process. That conversion does not occur in the human body. Wild yam is not a hormone precursor when taken orally, and no amount of it raises testosterone or DHEA through ingestion. Any source stating otherwise is repeating a long-standing error.
Safety Information
Clenbutrol requires specific attention. It contains bitter orange extract, a source of synephrine, together with guarana extract, a source of caffeine. The combination of synephrine and caffeine has been associated with cardiovascular adverse events including raised blood pressure and heart rate. This is why it should not be treated as interchangeable with the other products in the range.
Do not use Clenbutrol, and consult a physician first, if you have any cardiovascular condition, high blood pressure, an arrhythmia or a history of heart problems; if you take medication for blood pressure, heart rhythm or depression, including MAO inhibitors; if you are sensitive to stimulants; or if you already consume significant caffeine. Do not combine it with other stimulant supplements or pre-workout products.
Across the rest of the range, several ingredients carry cautions. Anvarol and Anadrole both contain soy and whey, major allergens. Testo-Max contains fenugreek, a legume that may cross-react in people with peanut or chickpea allergies and which commonly causes a maple-syrup odour in sweat and urine. The magnesium form in Testo-Max may cause gastrointestinal upset. MSM in D-Bal has been associated with nausea, bloating and loose stools in sensitive individuals. Winsol contains DMAE, which carries regulatory restrictions in several countries and should be discussed with a clinician by anyone with a neurological or psychiatric condition.
Anyone pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed medical condition should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product in this range.
Athletes competing under anti-doping rules should note that no dietary supplement is free of inadvertent doping risk. Anyone subject to testing should verify third-party certification status directly with the manufacturer before use.
What Buyers Should Verify Independently
Per-ingredient disclosure tells a buyer what the label says. It does not by itself confirm what is in the capsule. Independent third-party testing is the mechanism that closes that gap, and buyers evaluating any supplement brand should ask the manufacturer directly whether current production batches are third-party tested for content accuracy and contaminants, and request the certificate of analysis for the batch they receive.
That question is worth asking of every brand in this category, including this one. Published amounts and verified amounts are different things, and a company willing to publish the first should be able to answer about the second.
